New Year’s Day, or January 1, marks the start of a new-fangled calendar year. It is the opening day of the year given to the modern Gregorian calendar and the Julian calendar.

First, you need to go to photoshop “File “option and set the size of the canvas you need; I set width – 1280 and height- 720 pixels, and the color mode should be “RGB colors”
Step 2: Go to the drop-down box of the layer and select the layer gradient option to set the gradient effect; style- Radial; Go to the preset option to adjust the color picker from the color panel.
Go to the “text” layer and pick a color of “Blue” write on the campus board 2022 and select the text layer “happy new year” to font “Happy Autumn.”
Place the text and free transform the text layer as much as you want
Now we will change the year 2022 to 2023 by copying the layer on the layer menu.
Hold the layer individually and rotate the shape as you desire for the design.
Here I m going to design the shape like this for 2023.
Please select all the number layers together and make it scale larger to make the design attractive.
Select the first layer on the layer panel, and click the new layer option from the drop-down; select the brush layer and pick the black top layer as the foreground color.
Retouch the layers and apply a drop shadow effect on the design, as in the image
Go to the text layer and open the layer style panel to change the drop shadow adjustment.

Go to the place option from the top menu bar on the canvas and place the top of the design like this.
Place the star elements on the canvas as your design demand and create a different background to give the new year poster a festive mode.
Place the balloon on the design of the canvas to the finishing touch on the plan for the new year poster.
Select the balloon elements and apply drop shadow on each effect to look aesthetic.
